About Founder :

Working as a Software Professional for decades slowly developed lot of occupational related health issues. While recovering and trying to build the immune system, I learned how important is to fuel your body with a whole food diet.
I bought all these maca, chia seeds, spirulina, lucuma, flax seeds, Ashwagandha you name it!
Tried some homemade super food mixes while taking them, I felt energized happier.
The more I researched, the more I learn how the super foods has been used by indigenous people thousands of years around the world.
My friend Chuck, a nutritionist and life coach advised me on what vitamins and minerals the body needs daily, and what it needs to heal.
I created 4 unique mixes, specific to a health benefit. My family, friends, tested the blends in their breakfast. The nutrient-dense superfood combinations were an EASY way to start the day.
I made it my personal mission to educate and inspire people to fuel their body with best natural super foods.
